摘要
目的观察中药双黄升白颗粒治疗肺癌化疗后骨髓抑制的临床疗效。方法采用前瞻性随机对照的临床研究方法,将155例肺癌化疗后白细胞降低的患者分为治疗组(80例)和对照组(75例);对照组采用利血生治疗,治疗组采用双黄升白颗粒治疗;两组均服药2周或至外周血白细胞计数≥4.0×109/L,观察中医证候疗效及外周血白细胞计数、免疫功能变化情况。结果治疗组、对照组总有效率分别为83.75%、70.67%;组间中医证候疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗前后组内比较,外周血白细胞计数差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);组间治疗后比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前后组内比较,治疗组NK、CD3+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),对照组各指标差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);组间治疗后比较,CD3+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论双黄升白颗粒是一种安全有效的中药升白制剂,可有效用于治疗肺癌化疗后骨髓抑制导致的外周血白细胞计数减少。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of ＂Shuanghuang Shengbai Granule＂ on arrest of bone marrow.Methods One-hundred and fifty-five cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group by prospective randomized controlled trail.Eighty cases in treatment group were treated by Leucogen,and 75 cases in control group were treated by ＂Shuanghuang Shengbai Granule＂;the cases were treated for 2 weeks or until the WBC≥4.0×109/L.The TCM symptom,WBC and immunity were detected.Results The overall effective rate was 83.75% in the treatment group and 70.67% in the control group,with a difference between the two groups（P0.05）.In the two groups,there was significant difference in peripheral WBC between before and after treatment（P0.05）;there was significant difference between the two groups after treatment（P0.05）.There were significant differences in NK,CD3＋,CD8＋,CD4＋/CD8＋ in treatment group（P0.05）,and no significant difference was found in control group（P0.05）;after treatment,there were significant differences in CD3＋,CD8＋,CD4＋/CD8＋ between the two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion ＂Shuanghuang Shengbai Granule＂ is effective on the decrease of peripheral WBC induced by arrest of bone marrow in lung cancer after chemotherapy.
