摘要
介绍了牵切羊毛在毛棉混纺纱中的应用,讨论了毛棉混纺纱在纺纱生产中的主要工艺参数和技术措施。牵切工艺的主要参数有罗拉隔距、皮辊加压、牵切温湿度等。调节罗拉隔距控制牵切羊毛的长度,使牵切后的羊毛长度稍长于棉纤维。皮辊加压应适当,加压过大或过小都直接影响牵切效果。牵切工艺对车间的相对湿度要求较高,必须达到85%以上。毛条在牵切前必须充分吸湿,所以要存放在适合的温湿度条件下不少于24 h。该产品试制为企业开发产品和提高产品档次提供了参考。
The paper introduced the application of stretch-breaking wool in the blended yarn with cotton and wool.It also discussed the main processing parameters and technical measure and problems which we must pay attention in the spinning production of the blended yarn with cotton and wool.Technological parameter had roller gauge,roller weighting,stretch-breaking temperature and humidity.The stretch-breaking wool length was controlled by roller gauge.Roller weighting should be appropriate.Relative humidity was 85%,stored 24 h.Key points were summarized in the paper to provide references for enlarging product variety and upgrading traditional product.
