摘要 本文利用氧化皮的多孔性,在润湿剂的作用下使酸液迅速渗透到基体与氧化物的界面上,使铁与盐酸作用产生氢,利用氢气的剥离作用,达到去除氧化皮的目的。由于氧化物在稀酸中的反应缓慢,缓蚀剂对裸露基体的吸附防止了过腐蚀,从而可以使用低浓度的酸液。通过比较选择,最佳的缓蚀剂是丁炔二醇,润湿剂是十二烷基硫酸钠。具体配方为 HCl 10%,1.4-丁炔二醇4g/L,十二烷基硫酸钠0.5g/L。经过生产性使用,本工艺有以下特点:1.降低生产成本,2.产品质量好,3.提高了正品率,4.改善了工作环境,有利于环境保护。 Due to the porosity of scale,under the effect of wetting agent,the acid solution can pene- trate rapidly into the interface between oxide and substrate.The hydrochloric acid will react with iron and generate hydrogen.By the peeling action of hydrogen gas,scale will be dislod- ged and removed.As oxides react slowly in dilute acid,overcorrosion can be avoided by adsorption of inhibitor to bare metal,so that,the acid solution of low concentration can be used.Through comparison and selection,the optimum inhibitor is considered to be 1,4-butyne- diol;wetting agent to be lauryl sodium sulfate.The recommended formula is given as follows: HCl 10%;1,4-butynediol 4g/L;lauryl sodium sulfate 0.5g/L.Through production practice,it is concluded that this process has advantages as:1.low working costs,2.good quality,3.low reject rate and 4.better working environment,which is helpful to environment protection.
