酸性镀铜溶液中铁的快速分析

摘要 本文根据钛铁试剂对铁(Ⅲ)的特效显色反应,制定了用钛铁试剂分光光度法测定酸性镀铜溶液中的铁含量。测定时用过氧化氢将铁(Ⅱ)氧化成铁(Ⅲ),以水作参比液,在波长600nm 处测定。试验表明,当镀液中的 H_2SO<122.5g/L时,其含量的变化不影响铁的测试,还表明,当 CuSO_4·5H_2O 高至200g/L,Ni^(2+)高至15g/L 时均无干扰。本法简单、快速而准确,优于其他方法。 The iron content in acid Cu-plating solution is determined by spectrophotometric method with Tiron(catechol sodium disulfonate)on the basis of specific color effect taking place in the reaction of Tiron with Fe^(3+).During determination,the Fe^(2+)is first oxidized to Fe^(3+)with H_2O_2,and then,with water as reference solution,determined at a wavelength of 600 nm.Test shows that with H_2SO_4 less than 122.5g/L,any variation in its content will give no influence on the determinnation;with CuSO_4·5H_2O up to 200g/L and Ni^(2+)15g/L in the acid Cu-plating solution,no interference will occur.This operation is simple,rapid,accurate and superior to others.(p.23-24)
