连铸保护渣中氟含量的测定 被引量:1

摘要 针对连铸保护渣中氟含量的测定,实验采用了选择性电极测量的方法,该法测量氟离子含量的准确性高,且操作简便。实验通过测量不同pH、温度和熔样熔剂条件下电极电势,讨论了三个单一变量对氟离子选择性电极测量结果的影响,从而得出最佳的测量条件,进一步降低连铸保护渣中氟化物的测定误差,为选择性电极测量法在连铸保护渣中氟含量测定中的应用奠定基础。 To measure the content of fluorine in mold fluxes for continuous casting,the selective electrode method is applied in this experiment.This way to measure the content of fluoride ion is accurate and easily operated.Through measuring electrode potentials in different pH,temperature and melting flux for metallurgy conditions,the experimenter analyses the influences of three single variables to the fluoride ion selective electrode measurement,and obtains the best measurement conditions,so as to reduce the determination error of fluoride in mold fluxes.This research lays the foundation for the application of selective electrode method in the measuring development of fluorine contained in mold fluxes.
