单级行星齿轮传动系统齿廓修形研究 被引量:4

Research on tooth profile modification of planetary transmission base on transmission error

摘要 以行星齿轮系统传动误差波动最小为目标,确定行星传动中各轮齿的齿廓修形曲线。在设计载荷恒定的条件下,对修形前后行星传动系统进行动态计算,比较修形前后的动态特性。动态计算结果表明,用该方法确定的各轮齿齿廓修形曲线,能够使啮合刚度变化平稳,其结果能够达到传动系统的减振降噪效果。最后通过试验对修形前后传动系统的传动误差进行测试,测试结果表明该修形方法能够有效降低传动误差波动幅值。 In order to minimize the fluctuation of gear transmission error about the planetary gears transmission.A method for deciding tooth profile modification curves was developed for gears of planetary transmission.According to the condition of the invariable design load,computing the dynamic characteristics of the planetary transmission system of modified and un-modified gears.As the same time,the compare is carried through of the dynamic characteristics of modified and un-modified gears.The results of the dynamic calculation indicate that the method can make mesh stiffness change placidity by the method in paper.At last,the conclusion can be obtained that the tooth profile modification can reduce the vibration and noise of the planetary gears transmission.At last,the transmission error experiment is carried out of the gear transmission system of modified and un-modified gears.The experiment shows that the profile modification method can decrease the fluctuation of gear transmission error.
