摘要
分别以聚磷酸铵、氢氧化铝和聚磷酸铵/氢氧化铝复配阻燃剂制备了聚氨酯泡沫塑料,研究了阻燃剂用量及复配方式对聚氨酯硬质泡沫塑料阻燃性能和力学性能的影响,结果表明,聚磷酸铵/氢氧化铝复配阻燃剂阻燃效果优于单一阻燃剂,其质量比为3:2,阻燃剂添加量达30份时,其压缩强度为0.12 MPa,泡沫氧指数为34,烟密度为67,材料的阻燃性能达国标B2级。
This article describes the preparation of polyurethane foam with the material of flame-retardant compound,such as ammonium polyphosphate,aluminum hydroxide/aluminum hydroxide and ammonium polyphosphate,studies the flame-retardant doses,preparation pattern and their influences on the mechanical properties and flame retardant properties, the result shows that ammonium polyphosphate/aluminum hydroxide compound flame retardants is better than a single flame retardant, when the mass ratio is 3:2,the ratio is 30,its compression strength is 0.12 MPa,the foam oxygen index is 34,the smoke density is 67,then the flame retardant properties can reach GB Class B2.
