摘要
目的:通过厘清附子从古至今的炮制方法,说明附子炮制的演变过程,为进一步深入研究附子的现代炮制和安全用药积累资料。方法:通过文献查阅法,对附子从汉代至今的炮制方法进行梳理,厘清其炮制方法变化的过程及差异。结果:附子从最初的生用,逐步发展为火制、水制、水火共制,后又衍生出许多加辅料共制或复合炮制方法,但很多炮制方法不再使用。表明在医家们在使用附子的过程中,炮制方法也在不断演进,以找出最合理的方法。结论:附子炮制方法繁多,其目的都是为了减毒增效,但亟待进行系统研究,建立科学合理的现代炮制规范,促进附子的合理使用。
Objective： Through arranged the processing methods of Radix aconiti lateralis from ancient to modern time to clarify the concocted evolution progress.In order to accumulate information and data for further in-depth study of Radix aconiti lateralis modern concocted methods and safe medication.Methods： By literature review to put in order the concocted methods of Radix aconiti lateralis from the Han Dynasty to the present and clarify the concocted methods change process and differences.Results： Use of Radix aconiti lateralis from the first crude,and gradually developed into the fire system made,water system made,fire and water system made,and many plus accessories together made or complex processing methods later,but a lot of the processing method is no longer used.This indicates that processing methods of Radix aconiti lateralis are also evolving in order to identify the most reasonable method in process of using.Conclusion： There had been many processing methods in history about synergism and attenuation actions of Radix aconiti lateralis,however,urgent system research is necessary to establish a set of scientific and reasonable modern processing standards to promote the rational use of Radix aconiti lateralis.
