摘要
目的:对20种石斛进行薄层鉴别比较。方法:采用薄层色谱法对20种石斛作定性鉴别。结果:不同品种石斛薄层色谱有明显差别,其中金钗石斛、鼓槌石斛、针叶石斛、叠鞘石斛、反瓣石斛和水草石斛所含斑点较多且较明显,而肿节石斛、大包鞘石斛、翅萼石斛及翅梗石斛中斑点不明显。结论:不同品种石斛所含成分及其含量有较大差异。
Objective： To identify different varieties of Dendrobii Caulis by TLC.Methods： TLC was applied to the identification of Dendrobii Caulis.Results： Significant differences are found in different varieties.Conclusion： There are obvious differences in chemical composition and content.
