摘要
制度变迁方式的选择不是由政治家的善良愿望或经济学家的理论分析得出的`最优'方案决定的,而是取决于当时的制度环境和客观条件,即变迁方式选择的标准：`制度鸿沟'的宽度、`人力资产'专用性的程度、目标制度`记忆'的有无.过宽的`制度鸿沟'、高度专用性的`人力资产'和`制度记忆'的缺失决定了中国的改革必然采取`渐进式制度变迁模式'.
The author holds that the selection of system change pattern does not depend on the best intentions from the politicians or the best plans from the economists,but depends on system environment and objective conditions at that time． The selecting standards of change pattern of `system gaps',the degree of `human asset'for a special purpose,the fact whether it has`system memory'or not． The vacancy of the above－mentioned things determines that the change pattern will certainly be adopted for the reform in China．
