摘要
[目的]观察中药熏蒸联合牵引治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效。[方法]对300例腰椎间盘突出症门诊患者,采用中药熏蒸联合牵引治疗。牵引重量从15kg起逐渐增加,急性期症状较重者从10kg起逐渐增加,最大可增至30kg,2次/d,30min/次,每10min间歇1min,牵引后保持腰部生理曲度或卧床休息10min。牵引后中药熏蒸(透骨草20g,苏木10g,红花12g,牛膝10g,三棱12g,秦艽12g,桂枝15g,丝瓜络20g,可加鸡血藤、细辛、杜仲),药物置于器具(不锈钢、瓷、瓷砂均可)加水煮沸,选择合适姿势,将蒸熏部位放置于器具上进行蒸汽熏蒸20～30min(也可用电脑控制熏蒸床),避免烫伤。连续治疗15d为1疗程,2个疗程期间间歇3～5d。观测临床症状、肢体功能。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]痊愈158例,显效108例,好转19例,无效15例,总有效率为95.00%。[结论]中药熏蒸联合牵引治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效显著,值得推广。
[Objective]Observe the traction with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation clinical efficacy for the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.[Methods]Select from February 2004 to October 2011,300 cases of hospital patients with lumbar disc herniation,traction with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation treatment.Continuous treatment of 15 days for a course of treatment,two courses during intermittent 5 days.Observation of clinical symptoms.Continuous treatment of a course of treatment to determine efficacy.300 cases were followed up for 2 months to 2 years.[Results]After two courses of treatment,300 patients,158 cases were cured,108 cases markedly improved in 19 cases,ineffective in 15 cases,with a total effective rate of 95.00%.[Conclusion]Traction with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation treatment of lumbar disc herniation clinical efficacy significantly,worthy of clinical application.
