摘要
目的比较贝前列腺素钠联合阿斯匹林对糖尿病足溃疡的治疗疗效。方法将63例糖尿病足皮肤溃疡患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,以溃疡愈合率、平均愈合时间、踝臂指数及经皮氧分压为观察指标。结果在愈合率、平均愈合时间、踝臂指数和经皮氧分压的改善程度上,治疗组与对照组比较,其差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论贝前列腺素钠联合阿斯匹林,可提高糖尿病足溃疡愈合率,缩短平均愈合时间,改善踝臂指数和经皮氧分压。
Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of Beraprost Sodium in combination withAspirin in diabetic foot.Methods 63 patients with diabetic foot ulcer were randomly divided into 2 groups,ulcer healing rate,the average healing time,Transcutaneous oxygen pressure（TcPO2）and ankle-brachial index（ABI） were observed.Results the healing rate,the average healing time,TcPO2 and ABI of treatment group were significant difference with control group（P＆gt;0.05.） Conclusion Beraprost Sodium in combination with Aspirin can significantly improve the he healing rate,the average healing time,TcPO2 and ABI in diabetic foot.
