摘要
目的探讨解郁安神汤治疗精神分裂症后抑郁的疗效与安全性。方法将74例精神分裂症后抑郁患者随机分为解郁安神汤组(治疗组)及帕罗西汀组(对照组),在治疗前、治疗1、2、4、6周后两组分别进行汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD-17)评分;临床疗效比较;不良反应评定采用副反应量表(TESS)。结果两组在各个阶段治疗后HAMD评分均有所下降,与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);而两组临床疗效比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但副反应评定结果表明解郁安神汤的药物不良反应明显低于帕罗西汀。结论解郁安神汤治疗精神分裂症后抑郁临床效果好,安全性高,值得临床推广。
Objective To explore the safety and efficacy of JieyuAnshen Decoction in the treatment of schizophrenia depression.Methods 74 patients with schizophrenia depression patients were randomly divided into Jieyu Anshen Decoction group（treatment group） and paroxetine group（control group）.The therapeutic efficacy was evaluated at the end of the first,2nd,4th and 6th week by scoring according Hamilton Rating Scale for Depression（HAMD-17） and clinical efficacy;and the adverse reaction evaluation was scaled by Treatment Emergent Symptoms Scale（TESS）.Results The results of two groups of HAMD at various stages after treatment score were decreased,as compared with before treatment,the difference was statistically significant（P＆lt;0.05）,and the difference of clinical curative effect of two groups was not statistically significant（P＆gt;0.05）,but the side reaction evaluation results showed that the drug Jieyu Anshen Decoction was significantly lower than that of paroxetine.Conclusion Jieyu Anshen Decoction is effective and safe in the treatment of schizophrenia depression,and is worth the clinical application.
