偏置正交面齿轮的设计及插齿加工试验 被引量:5

摘要 针对偏置正交面齿轮的几何参数设计,根据齿轮啮合原理,建立了范成法加工偏置面齿轮的数学模型,推导了偏置正交面齿轮的齿面方程,分析了偏置正交面齿轮的根切和齿顶变尖现象,得出了相应的根切和齿顶变尖的限制条件。提出了偏置面齿轮的加工方法,设计了插齿工装,在Y514型插齿机上进行了插齿加工试验。在滚动检验机上进行了接触印痕检验。试验验证了理论推导和计算结果的正确性,偏置面齿轮插齿加工的可行性。 Based on the mesh theory of face-gear and spur involute gear,the mathematical model of the generation for the geometrical design of offset face-gear was set up,and the tooth surface equations on the facegear were deducted. The determination of offset face-gear dimension limit condition was presented. The design and fabrication of offset face-gear shaping worktable were done. The shaping test was carried out in the shaping machine Y514,and the tooth surface contact pattern was obtained by the rolling inspection. The results prove the theoretic derivation correctness and the feasibility of face-gear shaping.
