摘要
简要介绍了河北南部电网状况 ,论述了建立电力市场技术支持系统的必要性和迫切性。结合河北南部电网实际情况 ,提出了河北南部电网电力市场技术支持系统应具备的网络结构 ,设计了各功能模块间的相互关系 。
The present situation of South Hebei Power Network is presented in brief. The necessity and urgency of establishing a technical supporting system for electricity market are expounded. According to the actual situation of South Hebei Power Network, the network structure which the technical supporting system for electricity market should possess is given. The mutual relations among the function modules are described and the concrete demands for function settings of each subsystem are put forward.
