摘要
为了克服油田电网定检存在的缺点 ,必须采用适时状态检修法 ,提出实施的措施 :大力开发在线监测技术 ,加强设备的常规测试和感官诊断 ,应用数理统计方法预测设备状态的变化趋势和规律。严把设备初始状态是至关重要的。通过实施证明此法减少了停电和操作次数 。
In order to overcome the shortages of periodic maintenance,the state oriented proper time maintenance has to be carried out.The measures for its implementation are presented:develop on line monitoring technology,strengthen the regular test and sensuous diagnosis of devices,and forecast the change tendency and regularity of device state with statistics.The control of device's initial state is most important.The practice shows that the times of power outage and operation are reduced,the availability is increased and the maintenance cost is greatly cut down.
