摘要
通过对电力系统振荡和短路所呈现出的不同特征的分析 ,从故障特征入手 ,提出了一种区分振荡、故障、振荡中再故障的新方法 ,这种方法是基于小波变换原理实现的。经大量的仿真试验 。
A new method to discriminate between fault and power swing is presented by the analysis of their characteristics.It is based on wavelet transform and can distinguish the fault from power swing and the fault after power swing.All the conclusions have been verified by PSCAD.
