摘要
目的探讨小儿肺结核胸部DR影像学特点,以提高诊断水平。方法收集经临床证实并抗结核治疗的64例小儿肺结核DR片结合文献[1-2]进行回顾性分析。结果小儿肺结核以原发综合征及胸内淋巴结核为主要表现。结论胸部DR影像学表现是目前诊断小儿肺结核重要可靠依据,有助于确定肺结核的活动性,评价预后,治疗效果。
Objective To explore the characteristics of pediatric pulmonary tuberculosis and chest DR images, in order to improve the diagnostic level. Methods The clinical confirmed and anti-tuberculosis treatment of 64 cases of tuberculosis in children DR tablets combined with literature were retrospectively analyzed. Results Tuberculosis in children with primary syndrome and intrathoracic lymph tuberculosis is the main performance. Conclusion The chest DR imaging diagnosis of pulmonary tuberculosis is the important basis, help to determine the activity of pulmonary tuberculosis, the evaluation of prognosis, treatment effect.
