摘要
目的探讨重症肺炎并低钠血症的临床特点、治疗及转归。方法回顾性分析2008年1月至2013年1月我科收治的72例重症肺炎并低钠血症患者临床资料。结果本组72例患者,经补钠等治疗,痊愈45例,显效12例,有效7例,无效3例,死亡5例。结论重症肺炎并低钠血症的临床表现缺乏特异性,患者病情变化快而危重。在治疗过程中若出现原发病不能解释的临床表现时,需及时做血钠测定,但注意鉴别诊断。
Objective To investigate the severe pneumonia complicated by hyponatremia clinical characteristics, treatment and prognosis. Methods A retrospective analysis of 72 cases of severe pneumonia in 2008 January -2013 year in January admitted to our department and clinical data of patients with hyponatremia. Results In 72 cases, the sodium supplement treatment, 45 cases were cured, 12 cases markedly effective, effective 7 cases, invalid 3 cases, 5 cases of death. Conclusion The clinical manifestations of severe pneumonia with hyponatremia was lack of specificity, the changes in patients with rapid and severe. In the course of treatment if the clinical manifestations of primary diseases when cannot explain, need to do blood sodium determination, but pay attention to the differential diagnosis.
