摘要
目的探讨经阴道彩色多普勒超声在宫颈肿物中的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析73例经病理诊断证实并作阴道彩色多普勒超声检查的宫颈肿物声像图特征,并对其结果进行分析。结果 73例宫颈肿物中:宫颈癌21例,宫颈息肉28例,宫颈肌瘤14例,黏膜下子宫肌瘤9例,宫颈妊娠1例。结论经阴道彩色多普勒超声检测对诊断及筛查女性宫颈肿物结果可靠,有重要价值。
Objective To investigate the value of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasonic diagnosis in cervical tumor. Methods Retrospective analysis of the ultrasonic characteristic of 74 patients with cervical tumor who had transvaginal color Doppler ultrasonic diagnosis and were confirmed by pathology. ResuRs 74 cases were cervical tumor, 21 cases of cervical cancer, cervical polyps in 28 cases, 14 cases of cervical fibroids, uterine submucosal myomas in 9 cases, 2 cases of cervical pregnancy. Conclusions Transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound can provide a reliable basis for the diagnosis and screening of female cervical tumor, and has significant value.
