摘要
目的探讨中西药物结合联合中药灌肠对复发性卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿的疗效。方法 90例复发性卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿随机分为3组,A组(n=30)单纯西药治疗,B组(n=30)采用中西药物结合治疗,C组(n=30)采用中西药物结合治疗配合中药灌肠,对比三组的疗效。结果 C组的有效率高于A组、B组,C组复发率低于A组,差异均有显著性(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合疗法联合中药灌肠治疗复发性卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿可显著提高治疗效果,降低复发率。
Objective To discuss clinical effects of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine combine with traditional Chinese medicine clyster in the treatment of relapsing ovary endometriotic cyst. Methods 90 cases of relapsing ovary endometriotic cyst were divided into 3 groups by random. Patients of the A group （n=30） took western medicine. The B group （n=30） took integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine. The C group （n=30） took integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine combine with traditional Chinese medicine clyster. Result The total effective rate of the C group was higher than that of the A group and the B group. The recurrence rate was lower than the A group. Conclusion Integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine combine with traditional Chinese medicine clyster has contribution in the treatment of relapsing ovary endometriotic cyst.
