摘要
目的总结腹腔镜联合纤维胆道镜治疗胆囊结石合并胆总管结石临床应用效果。方法选取2012年5月至2012年12月我院采用腹腔镜联合纤维胆道镜胆囊切除术(Laparoscopic combined with choledochofiberscopic cholecystectomy,LCC)并胆总管切开取石术(Laparoscopic combined with choledochofiberscopic common bile duct exploration and extraction,LCBDE)治疗15例肝外胆管结石。结果本组15例联合手术14例成功,中转开腹1例,无严重并发症。结论熟练掌握腹腔镜联合纤维胆道镜治疗胆囊结石合并胆总管结石,安全可靠、恢复快、微创等优点,效果显著,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To summarize the clinical application effect of laparoscopic combined fiber choledochoscope in treatment of cholecystolithiasis and choledocholith. Methods Select from May 2012 to December 2012 in our hospital 15 cases with extrahepatic bile duct stone treatment by laparoscopic combined with choledochofiberscopic cholecystectomy（LCC） and laparoscopic combined with choledochofiberscopic common bile duct exploration and extraction（LCBDE）. Results 14 cases was success in 15 cases of LCBDE, transit open 1 case, 1 cases were transferred to laparotomy and no serious complications.Conclusion master of fiber choledochoscope laparoscopic treatment of cholecystolithiasis and choledocholith was safe, reliable, effective, minimally invasive and notable curative effect, it＇s worthy of clinic application.
