摘要
选用 ４００只 １日龄艾维茵肉仔鸡，随机分为 ４组（公母各半）．Ⅰ组为对照组，喂以基础日粮； Ⅱ、Ⅲ和Ⅳ组为试验组，在基础日粮中分别添加 ０． １， ０． ２和 ０． ３ ｍｇ／ｋｇ吡啶羧酸铬（以铬计），试验期 ４２ ｄ。结果表明：试验组内仔鸡的腹胀率和血清中总胆固醇含量显著低于对照组，其中Ⅲ组极显著低于Ⅰ组，试验组胸肌率显著高于对照组，而生产性能和屠宰率与对照组鸡差异不显著。
Avian broilers of 1 day were randomly divided into four groups (half of male and female). Ⅰ group was control group, Ⅱ、Ⅲand Ⅳ groups were experimental group. Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ and Ⅳ groups were fed on basal diet, basal diet + 100 ppb Cr,basal diet + 200 ppb Cr, basal diet + 300 ppb Cr respetively. The experiment was for 42 days. The result showed that Abdominal fat and serum total cholesterol were significant decreased in experimental growps, and the per cen taye of was significant increased in experimental groups. There were no remarkable differences of performence and dressing percentage among the four groups.
