摘要
标准的标准是使标准成为真正标准的依据,本文将标准的标准分为形式标准、内容标准、管理标准3种类型的标准,详细、系统地论述了形式标准的表述要素和标准内容结构关系等形式内容,研究提出了标准的内容标准和管理标准的原则性关系和内容要求,对比分析了3类标准的特点,给出了3类标准的应用关系和应用作用。
The criterion for standards is the basis of making a standard a practical one. The criterion for standards are divided into three types, including form criterion, content criterion and management criterion in the paper. Also, the modality contents of the structural relation between presentation elements and standard content of form criterion are systematically and particularly expounded. The principle relations and content requirements of content criterion and management criterion of the standard are put forward. Comparing and analyzing the Characteristics of three types of criterion, the application relation and application functions of three kind criterion are proposed.
