摘要
将先进的机器视觉理论成果应用于航空轮胎的表面质量检测,为复杂的轮胎测量提供实时、有效的测量途径。通过研究实现了一个航空轮胎表面缺陷识别系统,该系统在机器视觉平台下用分时和同步两种方式实现了航空轮胎的各种表面缺陷在线检测。该系统可使检测时间缩短至15~30s,达到在轮胎生产过程中实时监控的目的。
The advanced theory of machine vision was used in the surface quality measurement of aircraft tires, to provide a real time and effective method for the complicated tires measurement. An identification system of the surface defects in aircraft tires was proposed and put into practice, and then, based on the platform of machine vision, the time-sharing and synchronous methods were adopted to achieve the real time measurement of all kinds of surface defects in aircraft tires. With this system, the detection time was shorten to 15~30 s, therefore, the purpose of real-time monitoring though the processing of tires production was achieved.
