轻型柴油车排气系统欧5升级试验研究

摘要 因PM2.5对阴霾天气贡献较大,在机动车的排放控制策略中应有所侧重。轻型柴油车在升级欧5的过程中,国内有两种路线:一种是SCR路线,另一种是DPF路线。就控制颗粒物排放来说,DPF路线的贡献更大。故在进行轻型柴油车排气系统欧5升级时,采用了EGR+DPF路线。基于开发研究的考量,用台架试验来模拟替代了轻型车测试循环。并对不同的DPF—堇青石DPF(AC-DPF)、碳化硅DPF(SiC-DPF)和钛酸铝DPF(AT-DPF)进行了对比试验分析。结果表明,SiC-DPF净化PM的性能和比油耗更好一些。 Fine Particles PM2.5 can do harm to people ~s health, so the sources of PM2.5 should be con- trolled. Motor vehicles can give out waste gas, PM2.5 and PMIO etc. In order to meet the Euro 5 ,light-duty diesel vehicles have two roads to choose : one is using SCR to control NO~, the other is using EGR + DPF to control PM. To control PM 2.5, EGR + DPF is used in the study. For the D&R aim, the light-duty diesel ve- hicle test cycle that is based on engine bench test is simulated. And three types of DPF (AC-DPF, SiC-DPF and AT-DPF) are compared on engine bench test. The test show that SiC-DPF can purify more PM than the others, and it can deliver more fuel economy.
