摘要
以某柴油机三合一后处理器为例,用Virtual.Lab acoustic软件对后处理器各子结构的声学特性进行了有限元法分析。结果表明:换热管对整个后处理器的消声性能影响不大;催化载体只影响消声性能的高频部分;多腔结构的消声模块能明显改善低频消声性能;穿孔板及穿孔管结构可改善中高频消声效果,且流通截面比的改变影响其声学特性。
Taking the 3-in-1 after treatment device of a diesel engine produced by FAW Jiefang Automotive Co. , Ltd. as an example, the acoustic finite element method of software Virtual. Lab acoustic is used to ana- lyze the acoustic performance of its substructure. The results show that the heat exchange tube has little effect on acoustic performance of the entire device ; the silencer module of multi-cavity structure can significantly im- prove the performance in low-frequency. Perforated plate and perforated pipe have effect on improving medi- um-high frequency, and the changing of flow area ratio has an effect on the acoustic characteristics.
