摘要
在阐述创新驱动的基本理念的基础上,分析了国内外对创新驱动的研究现状,并基于我国的创新驱动发展现状分析了口号与行动、发展方式、体制3个要素在这一过程中的重要性,进一步建立模型进行讨论与分析,最后根据分析结果针对性地从3个层面提出我国创新驱动发展的对策与措施。
