摘要
文章针对高校安全管理的现状和原因,提出要加强校园安全立法和组织领导,建立高效的组织协调机制,制定应急预案,强化安全培训,加大投入,构建现代化的高校安全防范体系,多方广泛参与以建立和谐安宁的高校校园学习、工作、生活环境。
In view of the status quo of safety management in colleges,this article advocates strengthening campus security legislation and leadership,establishing efficient organization and coordination mechanism,setting an emergency response plan,reinforcing safety training,increasing investment,structuring modernized college security system as well as calling for multi-party participation so as to create a harmonious environment for learning,working and living.
