摘要
巴彦淖尔市位于内蒙古自治区西部,引黄河水自流灌溉,自治区粮油农作物主产区,国家重要的商品粮基地。但近些年由于本市农业用水中水资源供需形势严峻、灌区灌溉管理水平低、土壤盐碱化、水资源浪费严重等问题的突出和加剧,限制了本市农业的发展和国民经济的增长。本文在充分调查和研究的基础上指出,解决上述农业用水中存在的问题就必须在本市实施农业节水,建立和应用以农艺节水、工程节水、生物节水、化学用水和管理节水等为基础的综合配套的农业节水技术体系。
located in the west of Inner Mongolia and irrigated by the Yellow River,the city of Bayannao＇er is the main area of grain and oil crops of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,and the major grain production bases of China.But these years,it limits development of agriculture and reduce of national economy,because of the serious offering situation of applying water in agriculture,reduce of level in irrigated distract,salinization or alkaliniza of soil,serious water of water source and so on.I have pointed out the ways to solve these problems,which is on the basis of abundant research and study in the test.I think if we want to solve the above problems we must carry out saving water in agriculture in the city,besides,we should build and apply something as the systems,which is about comprehensive and coordinated technology of saving water,such as save water in agricultural,in project,in chemistry,and in management and so on.
