摘要
针对某船用离心通风机振动噪声过大的情况,采用现场测试风机振动速度的方法,从结构噪声和气动噪声两方面分析风机振动过大的原因。根据旋转机械常见故障对应的频域特点,认为风机存在不平衡与不对中问题;同时因风机进口阻塞产生的气动噪声也是导致风机振动加剧的原因之一。针对故障原因采取相关措施之后,振动噪声显著下降。
Vibration and noise of centrifugal fan for marine was over criterion when it was running at the rated condition. To found out the reason, the fan vibration velocity was tested, and analysis was drawn from two aspects of structure-borne noise and aerodynamic noise. Based on the spectrum analysis of the common faults of rotating machinery, a conclusion was drawn that imbalance and misalignment of the rotor was one of the important reasons. Aerodynamic noise generated by air inlet blockage also contributed to fan vibration intensified. The vibration and noise dropped significantly after taking relevant measures.
