摘要
针对42 m拖网渔船导管桨和舵,利用CFD商业软件Fluent提供的MRF法和RNG k-ε湍流模型,计算导管桨-舵系统的水动力性能。设计一种节能舵球,计算安装舵球后桨-舵-舵球系统的水动力性能,研究节能效果与进速系数之间的关系,分析导管桨尾流场,探讨舵球节能的机理。
Aiming at the duct propeller and rudder of 42 m trawler, the hydrodynamic performance of the ducted propeller-rudder system was calculated by using the multiple reference frame method and RNG k-ε turbulence model in Fluent. An energy saving rudder ball was designed, the hydrodynamic performance of the propeller-rudder-rudder ball system after install the rudder ball was calculated to study the relationship between the energy saving effect of the system and the advance coefficient. The energy-saving mechanism of the rudder ball was discussed by the analysis of duct propeller wake field.
