摘要 MBD技术是数字化制造领域的新趋势,在剖析MBD技术和零件制造工艺过程的基础上,结合实例研究了汽车零件制造模型的PMI构成,PMI在三维实体模型中的表达,以及零件制造过程模型的构成特点。提出了零件制造模型的PMI定义和工序模型框架,为汽车零件基于MBD技术的数字化制造提供了解决思路。MBD技术的应用,将改变传统的生产体系,实现数字化技术由汽车零部件设计向制造过程的延伸。 MBD is a new trend in the field of digital manufacturing technology. Based on MBD technology and part manufacturing process, the PMI information composition, expression in three - dimensional digital model, and the composition features of part manufacturing model was studied. The PMI definition of part manufacturing model and the framework of manufacturing procedure model were constructed. This framework provides a solution for automobile part digital manufacturing. MBD technology will change the traditional production system and extend application of digital technology from design to manufacturing process.
