摘要
[目的]观察肾衰系列方药配合血液透析治疗慢性肾衰患者(CRF)血透间隔时间的影响。[方法]采用肾衰系列方药(补肾扶正胶囊、活血化瘀胶囊、肾衰灌肠液)配合血液透析治疗慢性肾衰30例,并与单纯血透组30例、胶囊配合血透组(补肾扶正胶囊、活血化瘀胶囊)30例;灌肠配合血透组(肾衰灌肠液)30例对照观察。[结果]肾衰系列方配合血透组、胶囊配合血透组、灌肠配合血透组在延长血透间隔时间、保护残余的肾功能、改善临床症状等方面优于单纯血透组(P<0.05)。[结论]肾衰系列方药能延长透析间隔时间,保护残余的肾功能,改善血透患者的临床症状。
[Objective] To observe the effect of the series prescriptions treating chronic renal failure （CRF） combined with hymodialysis on hymodialysis interval in patients relying on hemodialysis. [Methods] Using the series prescriptions treating renal failure （Bushen Fuzheng capsule, Huoxue Huayu capsule and Shenshuai Guanchang liquid） combined with hemodialysis 30 patients with CRF were treated. The results in 30 patients with hymodialysis only, 30 patients with capsule （Bushen Fuzheng capsule, Huoxue Huayu capsule） combined with hymodialysis, 30 patients with enema combined with hymodialysis were compared. [Results] The effect of the series pre- scription treating renal failure combined with hemodialysis group, capsule combined with hemodialysis group, enema combined with hemodialysis group were better than hemodialysis only group in prolonging the time of hemodialysis interval, protecting the residual renal function, improving the clinical symptoms. [Conclusion] The series prescriptions treating renal failure can prolong the interval of hemodialysis, protect the residual renal function and improve the clinical symptoms of patients relying on hemodialysis.
