摘要
分析了影响企业技术创新的内在动因和外在动因及其关联关系 ,指出了外在动因对我国技术创新的重要作用 ,提出了改善外在动因 ,促进企业技术创新的基本思路。
This article deals with the correlationship between internal and external motivation that affects business technological innovation. It is found out that external factors are the major motivating force that promote Chinas technological innovation.
