摘要
作为企业管理的基本组成部分之一的生产管理 ,经历了由简单到复杂 ,由经验到科学的发展过程。在比较现代生产管理与传统生产管理的基础上 ,系统地论述了现代生产管理的特征 ,包括管理的整体化、系统化、科学化、精细化、开放化、柔性化和集成化等特征。
As a basic component part of enterprise management, production management has experienced a developing process from simple to complicated and from experience to science. On the basis of the comparison between the modern and the traditional production management, this paper makes a systematic study of the characteristics of modern production management such as systematization, opening, integrattion, and so on.
