摘要
在应试教育环境中成长起来的英语教育专业的学生存在人文素养的先天不足,而他们又是未来从事基础英语教育的老师,他们的人文素质对于未来基础教育阶段学生人文素养的培育起着重要作用,只有具备较高人文素养的老师才能担当起培养学生人文素养的重任。因此,从事英语教师培养工作的高师院校应该改变教育理念,优化课程设置、重视人文教育、坚持以人为本,以保证英语教师在职前培养阶段就能为形成未来教师的人文素养奠定良好的基础。
English education majors, who grow up in the surroundings of test - oriented education, suffer from an inher-ent shortage of humanistic quality. And they will become English teachers in primary or middle schools after graduation. Their humanistic quality plays an important role in cultivating students'humanistic quality in the stage of basic English education. Only those who have high humanistic quality can shoulder the responsibility of cultivating the students'humanistic quality. So normal colleges or universities should change their educational notion, optimize the curriculum, emphasize humanities, and put students first, making English education majors qualified as teachers with humanistic quality in the future.
