上颌窦内提升窦黏膜穿孔同期植入种植体临床疗效 被引量：3

摘要 目的:评价上颌窦内提升过程中窦底黏膜穿孔不植入骨移植材料,同期进行种植体植入修复上颌磨牙缺失的临床疗效。方法:11例上颌磨牙缺失患者行上颌窦内提升术时不慎发生窦底黏膜穿孔,同期行13颗种植体植入术,随诊观察半年。结果:一期手术6个月后,X线片显示种植体与骨结合紧密,种植体周围无骨吸收及炎症表现,行常规种植修复,随诊半年无不良反应,种植牙行使功能良好。结论:上颌窦内提升窦底黏膜穿孔不必修补破损区,可直接植入种植体,但需要掌握好适应证。
