摘要
整合素是一类重要的细胞表面受体,通过识别细胞外基质介导细胞间粘附反应,并接受传导级连信号调节细胞的增殖、运动等生物过程。其在前列腺癌发生、发展中起着重要作用,进一步探讨整合素与前列腺癌的关系具有重要的临床应用价值。
Integrin, a kind of important cell surface receptors, regulates cell proliferation, movements and other biological proliferation by identifying the extracellular matrix mediated between cells and accept the adhesion of conduction cascade signal. It plays an important role in the occurrence and development of prostate cancer. Further study of the integrin and prostate cancer relationship has important value in clinical practice.
