摘要
利用机床数控系统用户宏程序功能,快速有效地建立零件不同加工面的工件坐标系,是卧式加工中心机床对箱体类零件实施多工位加工时,简化操作过程,保证加工效率和加工精度的现实需要。从坐标旋转变换的数学公式出发,通过建立机床机械坐标系、回转工作台中心、不同加工面工件坐标系间位置关系的数学模型,编制了能自动实现坐标旋转变换的宏程序。
Using the user's macro function on CNC system, to build workpiece coordinate systems for different machining surfaces quickly and efficiently, can help to simplify the operation process and to ensure the processing efficiency as well as the machining precision when a Horizontal machine center is used to machine box-type parts in multi-station processing. Basing on the mathematical formulas of coordinate rotation, by establishing a mathematical model of the positional relationships among the machinery coordinate system of the machine tool, the center of rotary table and the workpiece coordinate systems for different machining surfaces, to create a macro program that can automatically realize the result of coordinate rotation.
