摘要
以电极间隙电场分布为研究对象,通过求解拉普拉斯方程,推导得到了均匀电场中,微粒周围电场强度分布的解析表达式。通过数值仿真计算,得到了受电极尖角、微粒影响的电场分布云图。从解析计算和数值仿真计算两个方面分析了最大电场强度与电极间隙、微粒介电系数、微粒直径的关系。通过对两种计算方法得到的结果进行对比,找出了解析计算与数值计算结果存在误差的原因。
An analysis of electric field acting on inter-electrode gap was undertaken, by solving Laplace's Equation, an analytical formula which can describe the electric field acting around the debris in uniform electric field have been established. Some electric field acting overlays influenced by electrode shape point and debris have been obtained according numerical simulation. The connection between maximum electric field intensity with inter-electrode gap, with debris dielectric constant, with debris diameter has been investigated adopting analytical compute and numerical compute. Comparing the results, the reason cause results error has been found.
