铁路关键耐磨零件堆焊修复技术

Research on the hardfacing technology of key parts of railway

摘要 采用四种不同类型的焊条在铁路关键零件上进行堆焊试验,分析不同堆焊金属的硬度及显微组织,同时测试不同试样的磨损失重量,在体视显微镜下观察了不同试样的磨损形貌。结果表明,高铬铸铁型堆焊合金中含有大量的初生及共晶碳化物,堆焊金属硬度约HRC60,当碳化物分布均匀且密集时,可大大提高堆焊金属的耐磨性。 Four different electrndes were selected to hardfacing the key parts of railway.The hardness and microstructure of the hardfacing metal were analyzed.Meanwhile,the wear loss of the hardfacing metal was measured and the wear morphology of the hardfaeing metal was observed by using stereomicroscope.The results shown that,the hardfacing metal of the high 20 chromium cast steel type compose a lot of primary and eutectic carbides.The hardness of the hardfacing metal is about HRC60,the wear property can be obviously improved when the carbide is fined and well-distributed.
