摘要
目的探讨进展性脑梗死患者血栓弹力图(TEG)的变化特点。方法对175例急性脑梗死患者进行TEG检测,其中进展性脑梗死69例。同时检测100例健康对照组,分析进展性脑梗死TEG各值的特点。结果脑梗死患者较对照组表现为R值、K值减小,MA值、a角增大,CI延长,其中进展性脑梗死更加明显,与非进展性比较差异有统计学意义,提示高凝倾向。结论临床检测TEG可用于急性脑梗死病情转归的预测,高凝状态提示可能为进展性脑梗死。
Objective To study the characteristics of thromboelastography （TEG） in patients with progressive cerebral infarc- tion. Methods TEG was detected in 175 patients with acute cerebral infarction,including 69 cases with progressive cerebral infarction. 100 healthy cases were detected simultaneously as controls. The characteristics of progressive cerebral infarction of TEG values were ana- lyzed. Results Compared to the normal control, cerebral infarction patients exhibit decreasing R and K values,increasing MA value and an angle, prolonging CI. These were getting more obvious in cases of progressive cerebral infarction, prompting a hypercoagulable tenden- cy. Conclusion Clinical TEG detection could be employed as prognosis of acute cerebral infarction. The hypercoagulable state might in- dicate progressive cerebral infarction.
