复合盐溶液中钢筋锈蚀对混凝土的损伤研究 被引量:2

摘要 对硫酸盐和氯盐复合溶液浸泡下的钢筋锈蚀规律进行了试验研究,探讨了弯曲荷载对钢筋锈蚀的影响。采用电化学方法评价钢筋的腐蚀状况,用钢筋锈蚀电位和钢筋锈蚀速率反映钢筋的锈蚀程度。根据钢筋锈蚀产物在混凝土最外边缘拉裂处所产生的环向拉应力定义混凝土受钢筋锈蚀影响的损伤度Ds,建立了损伤度与锈蚀电流密度、锈蚀时间的方程,并进行了模型验证。 The steel corrosion of reinforced concrete under the mixture solution of sulfate and chloride is investigated. The effects of flexure loading on steel corrosion is discussed in this paper. Electrochemical methods are used to analyze the corrosion state of steel in concrete, the degree of corrosion is reflected with corrosion potential and corrosion current density. According to the hoop tensile stress at the outer edge of the rupture place induced by corrosion production, the damage degree of concrete (Ds) caused by steel corrosion is defined. The relation of the damage degree, corrosion current density and corrosion time-varying is established, which reflects the process of damage evolution. And the model verifica- tion is carried out.
