大功率柴油机中冷器试验方法的探讨

摘要 对中冷器传热系数 K值进行误差分析表明 ,K值误差是换热量测量误差的 3倍以上。由于新型中冷器风阻较大 ,为此推导了台架试验与柴油机工况下耗散功之差别 ,由此差别使传热系数 K值的测量误差在 2 0 %左右 ,应给予重视。 Error analysis of intercooler′s heat transmission coefficient K indicates that the error of the value of K is more than 3 times as big as the error of measured value of the heat exchange capacity.As the intercooler of latest model has a high air resistance,the difference between dissipation under bench test and working condition is deduced.This difference results in a noteworthy error rate of 20% of the measured value of heat transmission coefficient K.In addition,an improved pressurized intercooler bench test mehtod is presented under existing test method condition of railway standards.
