摘要
目的 分析肺及胸膜炎性假瘤的CT征象,与其它球形病灶作鉴别,尤其是肺癌。方法 搜集21例经手术病理证实的CT片。进行回顾性分析。结果 21例主要CT表现(1)全部为孤立性病变,无卫星灶;(2)均见胸膜反应;(3)6例典型表现为边缘清晰、光整、锐利、内部密度均匀;(4)其余15例分别表现为:分叶状、边缘毛糙不规则、毛刺、密度不均、增强或不增强、空洞、钙化,具有上述一种或几种改变。结论 肺及胸膜炎性假瘤具有多种CT表现,必须全面分析并结合临床方能作出正确诊断。
I Purpose To analyse CT features of lung and pleural inflammatory pseudotumors for differentiating them from other spherical lesions, esperially lung carcinoma.Methods Twenty- one cases of lung and pleural inflammatory pseudotumors confirmed by operation and pathology were retrospectively analysed by CT scan. Results The main CT findings were as follow: (1)All the lesions were solitary, without satellite lesion around them; (2)There were pleural reaction; (3)Typical features of six cases were regular margins and homogeneous density; (4)Other features of fifteen cases were;lobulated,irregular or spicule margins and heterogeneous density or enhancement or nonenhancement and cavity or calcification. Conclusion The CT features of lung and/or pleural inflammatory pseudotumor vary. We must analyse these features combining with clinical manifestations to make a correct diagnosis.
