摘要
目的探讨精神分裂症患者记忆功能障碍及其影响因素。方法采用Ｗｅｃｈｓｌｅｒ记忆量表（ＷＭＳ）对５４例精神分裂症患者及３２例正常人进行检测，并对精神分裂症组病人进行症状自评量表（ＳＣＬ—９０）评定。结果精神分裂症患者的记忆水平明显降低，其记忆障碍程度与年龄、职业、敌对性、精神病性、抗精神病药总剂量及使用氯氮平有关。结论影响精神分裂症的记忆功能是多因素的，这种记忆改变不因病程长短而变化。非典型抗精神病药氯氟平能改善患者的记忆功能。
Objective Research of the memory function disorder and the relative factors in schizophrenia patients. Method Examing 54 cases of schizophrenia and 32 cases of normality with Wechsler Memory Scale (WMS) and analysing the patients of schizophrenia with Symptom Checklist 90 (SCL - 90). Result The memory functions in cases of schizophrenia are disorder, and the negative correlation between impairment levels and the age, occupation, hostility, psychotic, and the total dosage of antipsychotics, the positive correlation in receiving clozapine. Conclusion The memory function disorders of schizophrenia are multifactorial and have no relation with the duration of ill- ness. Atypical antipsychotics clozapine can improve the patients' memory function.
