网络购物模式在我国已趋于成熟,购物网站在平日的运作、服务中也已游刃有余。但是在遇到节庆促销活动中的集中购物时段,或是特殊时期购物用户集聚性出现时,还是会呈现出网络拥挤、系统配置不合理、消费者权益得不到保障、快递配置不均衡等问题。只有解决了这些问题,才能保障我国网络市场的健康繁荣发展。
Online shopping patterns in China has mature,But concentrated in the face of the festival promotion shopping period,or special period shoppers gatherability appears,still showing the network congestion,the irrational system configuration,the interests of consumers are not guaranteed,express configuration uneven.Only by addressing these issues,in order to safeguard the development of the health and prosperity of our network market.
