摘要
目的 探讨联合应用高压氧(HBO)、体外反搏(ECP)和颈椎牵引(CVT)对颅脑一颈椎损伤后综合征(PTCCS)患者诱发电位影响。方法选择PTCCS患者40例,随机分为综合组(20例)和对照组(20例)。两组均予一般性药物治疗。综合组同时采用HBO、ECP和CVT疗法;对照组则加用脑细胞赋活剂。对治疗后视觉诱发电位(VEP)和脑干听觉诱发电位(BAEP)的主要指标进行对比分析。结果治疗后,与对照组比较,综合VEP的P1波PL值(ms)、BAEP的I波PL值(ms)显著缩短(P<0.0012 P<0.01);BAEP.1-V波IPL值(ms)亦见明显缩短(P<0.05)。表明综合组疗效明显优于对照组。结论应用“颅颈兼治”的原则和方法,是使PTCCS患者进一步获得康复的有效途径。
Objective Introducing the new theory on the post- traumaticerainiccoerebro -ceryical vertebro syndrome (PTCCS), and studing the effect of the evoked potential on the patients with PTCCS afler the hyperbaric oxygen (HBO). external counterattack pulse (ECP) and cervical vertebro-tractor(CVT). Methods 40 patients with the PTCCS were strictly selected, and were divided into two groups at random: the synthetical therapy group (20 cases, S-group) and the control group (20 cases, C-group). All of them were treated by the universul drugs. The S-group were treated by the HBO. ECP and CVT, and the C-group were given the drugs including cerebrolysin or/and cytidine diphosphate choling at the same time. Results Contrasting the S-group with the C-group, the peak latency(PL)of P1 in visual evoked potential(VEP)and the PL of wave I in brainstem auditory evoked potential (BAEP)of the Sf-group reduced remarkably P < 0. 01; P < 0. 01, and the interpeak latency(IPL) of I-V in BAEP as well (P < 0. 05). Conclusion Adopting the principle and methods about crainiocerebro-cervical vertebro trauma, it is an effectly way that the patients with the PTCCS restored to health.
