摘要
感觉再教育,是在当周围神经传向中枢的冲动不同于损伤前形成的冲动的形象时需要进行的康复训练。它的基本原则,是在康复的不同阶段,应用不同的再教育练习,而这些阶段,则由感觉恢复的模式确定。感觉再教育是一种方法或技术的组合,它可帮助神经损害的病人学会重新解释那些由伤手被刺激后所传达到的意识水平的信息。自20世纪60年代以来,感觉再教育得到了广泛的应用。从已知的报告中,感觉再教育的结果是令人兴奋的。但对其理论机制及进一步应用仍有许多需要探索的问题。
